Oxi-Fresh placing signs in cul-de-sacs?

So, are subdivisions now selling "ad space" to Oxi-Fresh?  A truck came around our circle this morning and placed a sign in the cul-de-sac circle.  (LOL)

these are called shick signs.. in the city limits they are illegal, the city authorizes anyone to remove them & throw them out. I regulary drive around at night & collect & put in the trash. Go to the website for code enforcement for the county and look it up or call the code enforcement for the county & ask.  It is extremely unlikely that the      ( ineffictive & asleep) neighborhood assoc. would sell permission to do this... it would go against everything a neighborhood assoc. stands for.
